AutomateIQ ("we", "us") provides an AI operating platform for trade and service businesses, operating from Ireland. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@automateiq.ie. We are the data controller for personal data collected through automateiq.ie and the AutomateIQ platform.
Early-access & enquiry details. If you submit your email on our website, we store it to contact you about AutomateIQ. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Platform account data. If your business uses the AutomateIQ platform, we process your name, email, business details and content you add (for example customer contact details and documents) to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Your customers' details. When a business uses AutomateIQ to contact its own customers (for example review request emails or lead capture forms), that business decides whose data is processed and why; we process it on their behalf as a processor, strictly to deliver the service.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) processed for security and to keep the service working. Legal basis: legitimate interests. We also derive an approximate location from your IP to show local information such as weather inside the platform; this is not stored.
We never sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers (processors) to run AutomateIQ:
Each provider processes data under its own data-processing agreement and appropriate safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses where data leaves the EEA.
Account and business data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons. Early-access emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Email hello@automateiq.ie and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the platform is controlled with role-based permissions and database-level row security, and administrative actions are logged.
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify platform account holders by email.
