Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the automateiq.ie website and, where your business has an account, the AutomateIQ platform ("the Service"), operated by AutomateIQ, Ireland ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Accounts

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications, to upload malicious code, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to resell the Service without our written agreement. Review requests and other customer communications sent through the platform must only be sent to people with whom your business has a genuine relationship.

4. Your data and your customers' data

You retain all rights to the data you and your customers put into the platform. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it purely to provide the Service. Where you use the platform to process your own customers' personal data, you are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to use it; we act as your processor as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence (for example assistants that draft replies). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it or sending it to customers. You are responsible for the content you approve and send.

6. Fees

Fees, billing frequency and any trial arrangements are as agreed with you in writing when your account is set up. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after reasonable notice.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or modify features over time; if a change materially reduces the Service you pay for, you may end your agreement with effect from the change.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy; ask us beforehand if you want an export.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: hello@automateiq.ie.
